Well if i understand your question correctly…
you want to promote a product which asks for clickbank a/c?

If so , i think then, Answer is NO, that you cannot use 2Co affiliate a/c to promote products currently listed in Clickbank, for that products you must need Clickbank affiliate a/c.

I think for now 2Co affiliate program do not have that much scope in IM, so if you cannot use clickbank as an affiliate you have few other awesome choices like:

1. http://www.CJ.com
2. http://www.LinkShare.com
3. http://www.ShareASale.com

I am glad to tell you that LinkShare and ShareASale are
really awesome networks which allow affiliates almost form any country to join and promote products listed there.
